Our Founders
Our Founders come from far different backgrounds, but have an attention to detail that allows them to shine in every challenge.

Randy comes from a residential and commercial construction background. With over 25 years in the business his construction expertise shines through his approach and execution. From Safety Supervisor, to Project Manager to Sr. Project Superintendent His numerous disciplines provide a fresh approach to every project. He is adept at managing multiple teams and projects while providing excellent communications with clients.

Nick found a love of landscape lighting after renovations of his family home. He was a 16 year veteran of the electrical business and landscape lighting was a natural path to expand his knowledge based on years of experience.

Tim came from a technology background with over 25 years as a Sr. Project Manager in technology, then moved into construction design and management. His attention to detail shows through all of his business accomplishments and management prior to founding Highland Lakes Landscape Lighting.
